selectively bred to live with humans.  They live
longer and happier lives.

4. FALSE.  The average lifespan for an outside cat is less than one year.
Such cats are more exposed to traffic, getting lost, diseases, attacks from
other animals, poisons, abuse by people and many other
life-threatening dangers.

5.  FALSE.  When the temperature is in the low 80's, a parked
car can reach 102 degrees in ten minutes and 120 in half an hour.
Even with the windows slightly open, 
your pet can die.

6.  FALSE.  Unless you catch your pet in the act, it will not 
understand why it is being punished.  Even then, inflicting physical 
pain is unnecessary and often misunderstood.

7.  FALSE.  Training greyhounds often involves allowing them to
tear apart live, small animals.  Few are needed for breeding so the
